WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE ERASERMIC HEADCANNON ?
Zawa sleeps in the sleeping bag on the bed, sometimes Zashi has to koala cling him like a bolster pillow to cuddle, sometimes they squeeze into a double bag. Either way, Zawa gets leg wrapped.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE ERASERMIC HEADCANNON ?
These two will always be idiots to lovers for me. I could write a novel about how much I love them, but Aizawa adopting all the problem children like stray cats and "Present Mic" being a mask for Hizashi are huge for me. Zashi can't cook to save his life. Would literally burn water. Aizawa's pink track pants were stolen from Zashi and he never gave them back.

ARTIST GUIDELINES
TRADITIONAL / DIGITAL ART : at least one (1) piece of art that is lined with colors, simple shading and a simple background
COSPLAY : at least one (1) thigh-up image in cosplay relevant to the plot/themes of the fic (NFSW cosplay content will be reviewed by moderators)
AMV : at least 30 seconds of edited canon/official video/imagery and music, relevant to the plot/themes of the fic (canon/official/ or your own art and visuals only)
MOODBOARD : at least 9 images that are relevant to the plot/themes of the fic (please only use free use images, source all items)
PLAYLIST : at least 10 songs that are relevant to the plot/themes of the fic
WRITER GUIDELINES
Wordcount minimum to be determined after the interest check concludes
No maximum
Must be a new and original story, no plagiarism or AI allowed
Sequels or continuations to pre-existing works are not allowed
Multi chaptered fics are permitted so long as the 8k word count is posted during the scheduled time period

What is a bang?
A bang is a fan run event that lets creators work together.
A traditional bang is when writers submit a short summary of their fic idea and artists select a number of summaries they would be interested in working with. A reverse bang is when artists submit a rough sketch summary and writers will create a fic based on that.Mods work to pair everyone up with an idea they are also excited about. Betas can be assigned if requested.
What is this bang about?
This bang is focused on the popular pairing of Shouta Aizawa (EraserHead) and Hizashi Yamada (Present Mic) from My Hero Academia.
The fics can be about anything you desire so long as EraserMic is the main ship.
What is a pinch hitter?
If someone from a team had to suddenly drop out a 'pinch hitter' would fill their spot. This can either be for art or for writing.If you are pinch hit writer, depending on where the artist is with their piece, they may decide to come up with something new together or you can create a fic based on what they currently have. You would not be permitted to base anything off the previous writer's summary or fic.Artist pinch hitters would work with the original prompt from the writer.Be advised that pinch hitters will be be given extensions on check ins but may have an overall shorter creation period.
What type of content is allowed for this event?
This is an 18+, pro-ship / pro-fiction event. Any content is allowed so long as it is tagged properly.The only restriction is that main ship must be EraserMic.
What does proship/profic mean?
Proship is essentially, live and let ship. It's an understanding that while you may not like or prefer a certain ship/content, you're not going to permit other people from doing so just because you don't like it. Profiction falls under a similar category in that it's letting people create whatever they want because at the end of the day, it's fiction. As long as they properly tag, it's up to the individual to curate their fandom experience. Proship/profic is being kind to everyone, even if they create content you don't personally vibe with.
How do I sign up?
Follow our twitter, and keep an eye out for when we announce sign ups! You'll fill out the form and then join the discord. As the event will be ran through discord, we are requiring all participants to join the discord.
Can I sign up for more than one role?
Yes! On the sign up form you will be allowed to select as many roles as you'd like. Depending on how many signups we get, we may only be able to guarantee one team per person, though.
Are we able to pre-pair with a partner?
Yes !All sign up forms will have the option to pre-pair with someone. But both parties must request it on their applicable forms. You can also decide to pre-pair after joining the event if you meet someone you'd like to collab with but this must be PRIOR to the end of summary submissions.
Can I create more than one fic/art piece?
While this will largely depend on the amount of signups we get, we would love to be able to offer both writers and artists to create more than one piece should they wish. Please be mindful of the schedule and your work load, however!
What happens if I am not able to meet a check in?
Please let a mod know as soon as you can. We are able to offer up to one-week extensions for our check-in periods. If you need longer than this due to unforeseeable circumstances, we can review the options on a case by case basis. We want everyone to have fun and enjoy this fandom event. It is meant to be stress-free! But if we do not hear from you during a check-in period, you may risk being dropped from your team and a pinch hitter will be assigned in your stead. Please communicate with your team and your mods if something comes up!
